Wayne Malcolm is considered to be a master motivator and leading performance coach. With over 17 years speaking experience on four continents, Wayne has addressed a variety of groups, associations and organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors. His passion for personal development together with his skilful and humorous presentations has earned him the reputation of being one of the best in the business.

Wayne is an author with 15 titles under his belt and the producer of numerous audio learning programmes. He is also the founder and president of the International Coaching Achievers Network (ICAN), an organisation committed to training speakers and coaches and has subsequently enabled many to launch their own careers as paid speakers and professional coaches.

Wayne started his professional career as a successful financial services consultant. In 1988 he left the world of financial services to enter the Christian ministry and soon became the leader of one of London’s largest church congregations. In this role, he travelled the globe speaking at conferences and operating as a church growth consultant. During this time, his ability to communicate well with audiences on four continents earned him the reputation of being one of the most dynamic and inspirational speakers of our day.  He discovered coaching as an effective tool for enabling change and after eight years of researching the field and publishing several works on human potential and motivational psychology, Wayne became known as an expert motivator and a leading life coach. Although very committed to his church work, Wayne travels extensively as a motivator and teacher sharing innovative ideas on the science of achievement and the laws of success to private, public and voluntary sector organisations.

Wayne is also a singer/songwriter and the host of his own radio and TV programmes.
